Evoto automatically analyzes the pictures after they are imported, and inside the Portrait Retouching feature module, the picture will distinguish the gender and age of the people in the pictures to form their own character tags.
Evoto's Portrait Retouching feature allows modifications to be made for different character genders and ages, and supports batch synchronization of a character based on gender or age modifications when it is completed. The batch synchronization feature allows users to process multiple images at once. It has not only improved the work efficiency but also applied the same modifications and adjustments quickly with artifact accuracy. It also supports single person adjustment and batch synchronization of single person modification results.
Evoto's intelligent optimization approach ensures that each picture is optimized for the best visual effect, while maintaining the naturalness and realism of the person in the picture.
Evoto usually will, based on the picture, do face perception and define the character’s attributes. However, sometimes users might wanna change their character’s attribute manually. Here is how you can change a character’s attribute manually.
Enter the Portrait Retouching Feature Module, and then click on Face Perception in the right upper corner of the Control Panel Section.
You can add a new character to the picture. By selecting the Locate Face feature. It will form a frame for you to move and locate the new character you would like to add. Evoto AI will automatically identify the character that you have located using the frame.
To Delete the character, you will need to click on that character (once it has been selected, it will be highlighted in yellow), and the delete character option will be applied for this picture.
Click on the character’s attribute you need to modify. After modification, you can choose whether you want to batch-sync the new modification result. You won't need to modify the rest of the pictures if you select Sync, and Evoto will automatically sync the latest attribute you have selected to the rest of the pictures in the project.
For children, Evoto supports Child and Child (Infant) selection. When the character in the picture is identified as a Child (Infant), Infant Body Blemish feature under the Blemish Removal Feature Group will be available.
Once you have completed the overall portrait enhancement for a group picture, you can fine-tune the single person’s feature effect using the Individual editing tool. Select the character you would like to adjust and drag the feature slider you prefer to change any special part you would like to change for that individual character. Batch sync also supports syncing the individual editing to the same character in one project.
Individual editing will inherit the values of each slider from the Gender/Age editing.
After you have applied the Individual editing to a character, since this character has already been identified as an individual character, if you go back to Gender/Age editing, it will not apply any changes to that character. You can always reset the individual editing effect. After the reset, all changes made under Individual editing will clear out, but the character will have to apply the changes made based on Gender/Age editing.
Under the group picture, sometimes we want to adjust the characters of different ages or genders at the same time. In this case, you can then quickly adjust the different genders or ages of characters in one picture by linking them. Evoto's new linked portrait retouching feature allows you to link different genders' or ages' character parameters and enables your capacity to adjust them at the same time.
After applying the linked, you will be able to adjust the slider for linked character types.
Click on the linked icon, and select the linked characteristic.
Click on the All you will automatically link all characters.
Notice: Under linked mode, if you apply presets (e.g. only editing female characters) to pictures, the parameters will only be applied to female characters, exclusive of characters with other gender or age (e.g. not applying to male, child, or elderly characters).
